had a clear day today! yay!
so i followed some of them to Myeongdong!
all dressed to explore Myeongdong!
mirrors are sometimes a girl's best friend :]
at the lobby, they were setting up this popcorn counter which i found quite interesting :D
waited for the rest of them to come down, then off we went to take the train!
single journey ticket :D
of whom i went with.
depended on the three of them to bring me around coz i get confused just by looking at the map.
look! so so many lines, confusing please!

and soon after, we've reached Myeongdong!

omg, i miss the boyfriend.

oh yes, not forgetting the free flow kimchi!
aft lunch, we headed to Laneige, coz i wanna help biujie buy her sleeping mask!
they sell in packs like that!
but nope, i didnt buy the whole pack coz it's really exp.
and there i was with my purchases, but none of them are mine. lol.
spotted this garfield outside. haha.
idk why but the more i look at him, the sadder i feel for him.
lol, he looked so sad and forced to put on that costume.
as if, it's a dare!
so, there i was, on the street of Myeongdong! :'>
walked into a shoe shop.
spotted this big crocs on display.
like cute ah. hehe ^,^
and later in the afternoon, more and more stall owners just set up their stalls in the middle of the street!

hehe, my shopping people!
this twirly potato was quite popular there.
but sadly, i dont like potato, so i gave it a miss.
however, if benben and meimei were there, i think they will love it!
ahhh, i miss them too!
walked on and saw a stall selling churos!
and we bought one to share!

it was getting really cold aft being outdoors for so long, so we decided to get a hot beverage at some cafe nearby.
walked into this cafe.
Angel-in-us Coffee Cafe!
given this buzzer thingy while waiting for our order.
i think it's quite cool coz it shows like advertisements/thrillers of movies on the screen while you wait for your drink.
it totally will keep you occupied for that few mins.

aft resting for awhile, we cont'd shopping!
out to the streets and woah, the sky's turning dark!
spotted this stall selling really weird looking street-food.
some eggy thingy.
so cute coz he has a little oven to bake them or something.

Myeongdong is really huge, coz everywhere look the same and if you ask me to walk back to where i first started, i can tell you, i dont know how. lol.
such cute name the shop has --- 'too cool for school'.
and it's Korea, it's a must to buy masks!

felt like trying, but i spent so much on masks alr, so i shouldnt :/

ahhh, i miss benben!
and at night, they switch on the lightings and the whole street just look so pretty.
more food stalls along the street.
and there's one thing which i dont understand.
if it's a street meant for shopping, why dont they just close the road!?
it's so dangerous to know that cars are still allowed to drive in!
very tempted to buy one of those woolly hats, but nah, shall save money.

ellen said the Tteokbokki is nice and different from those sold in Sg.
it's the authentic Tteokbokki, so she bought one bowl to share, for me to try!

and they even gave us a cup of soup.
really damn good in this cold weather!

aft which, we decided to head back coz it's really getting cold in the night and our barang barang was really heavy.
all in all, i really like Myeongdong and i look forward to coming to this station again coz of the shopping and street food and there's actually wifi while shopping on the street!

they have vending machine in the station itself!
ahhh, which is something that we wont see in Sg coz we aren't even allowed to eat in the stations :/
dinner was at the food court near our hotel.
they serve quite a wide variety of food!
this is one set, which i think it's quite worth for main plus side dishes and the egg thingy!

ice cold drinks in this cold weather, only ellen and erina will do this! lol.
and not forgetting to visit the supermarket after dinner!
the 'emart', which is walking dist from the hotel.
only went in to window shop and see what i may wanna get coz i needa pack my stuff first before i can gauge how much i can buy!
yup, so that was today.
got back to hotel room and whatsapp-ed the boyfriend.
knowing that he was feeling down, i sent him this to cheer him up.
lol, can la hor? hehehe :o
