headed to Toa Payoh with the intend to try waffles from Creamier, but to our disappointment, it was freaking packed!
full house.
the place was so small.
waited for awhile, then we gave up.
no feel to eat anymore.
took a bus to Toa Payoh Hub instead.

chanced upon Tim Ho Wan and there was no q!
well well, so we decided to give it a try since we've always wanted to try it since it was first opened at PS.
we tried the highly raved 4 Heavenly Kings Dim Sum:
1) Baked Bun with BBQ Pork.
this is the bombz!
I personally like this best out of the four!
2) Steamed Egg Cake.
this is nice too.
darling who doesnt really like cakes actually liked that coz he said it's soft.
3) Vermicelli Roll with Pig's Liver
this is the worst of all!
what's with pig liver and vermicelli roll!? they dont go well tgt! (N)
not nice (N).
4) Pan Fried Carrot Cake.
carrot cake was alright.
alittle soft.
i think both of us prefer the carrot cake from hawker centre.
haha, the crispy kind. lol.
added on a glutinous rice.
Rice with Chicken, Sausage and Mushroom.
he's always the one willing to dirty his hands and set the food nicely for me/us! ♡

it's Gelare's Tuesday Waffles Day!
have offer on Tuesday for their waffles.
since we didn't get to try the waffles from Creamier, blove accompanied me to have my waffles at Gelare instead. thank you :'>
caught a movie later in the evening.
we watched 'Guardians of the Galaxy'.
surprisingly, this movie has quite a number of humour scenes in it.
wasn't expecting that at all! (Y)
public transport-ed home after.

but somehow, this time, it just feels a little different.
i hope the feeling will come back soon.
