#ootd for a date with the boyfriend :'>
we met up at PS.
q-ed for llaollao coz we were craving for it.
trying a different combination of the Sanum.
hehe, and it's rare that the boyfriend actually enjoys yoghurt!
oh well, aft which, we headed to Nex to walk walk.
followed by catching a movie, "Women Who Flirt".
aft our movie, we coincidentally bump into Rebecca!
and it's quite interesting coz it's boyfriend who spotted her!
plus, the way he said was, 'ehh isn't that Frombecca?'
lol, 'frombecca' is her insta name.
yes, my boyfriend remembers most of my friends by their insta name!
dinner was with boyfriend's friends at Holland Village.
waited for SQ at Serangoon before we head to Holland V.
at Holland V, waiting for the rest to arrive :'>
my first time trying the Crystal Jade XLB Buffet.
well. the upside was that the food is good, soup is tasty.
however, on the downside, the service was way bad.
see, if there's a time limit to dine, then make sure your restaurant has sufficient manpower.
we were seated and our raw food items were served, but not our hot pot.
since there's a time limit, of course we wanted to speed up everything, like pouring everything into the hot pot while waiting for the items to be cooked, but we could only stare at the raw food and one another coz the hot pot wasn't served.
next, we did pay service charge, but we have to help ourselves to the drinks.
plus, they don't allow us to take the serving tray to bring our cups to the 'drinks corner' when there's a group of about 10 of us and that we had bring the cups over by hand instead.
to make things worse, we only have 2 choices of drinks that allow free flow --- coke or hot tea.
to get those, we have to actually q to pour the drinks ourselves and i find that really a waste of time.
not sure about others, but i probably will not go back again no matter how nice the soup or food may taste.
the service received was unsatisfactory and the limited time given to dine was really such a rush.
cannot even enjoy.
ok enough of ranting.
bused home on my own aft dinner.
