blove came over in the morning and we cabbed to checkpoint!
waited for awhile for the cab, but well, that shall not dampen our mood :'>
our impromptu decision to go shopping across the boarders!
wheeee~ our virgin trip overseas!
there are 2 malls.
we headed to Komtar JBCC first since it looked more atas.
saw Auntie Anne and yes, i wannnnnnt!!!
sharing only 1 pretzel coz we wanna eat more of other food as we walk!
dumped the pretzel when we spotted the pretty christmas tree :D

walked out of the mall and spotted another.

headed to the mall across instead!
as soon as we enter, we spotted more food stalls!
zomg, we were on a food trail!

and as we walked further in, we spotted another stall that sells taiwanese cuisine.
decided to give it a try!
got ourselves a comfy seat while waiting for our orders to be served.
hmm... long hair?
or short hair better?
still cant decide if i should snip off my hair.
oh well, shall put that aside first.
here, ordered just these to share.

we walked around the mall for a few hours, then decided to settle for dinner.
wanna dine at a restaurant that doesn't exist in Singapore.
so there we went.
ordered tom yum noodles for myself, which i regretted coz it's so so spicy!
in addition, we ordered fried kway teow to share.
that was good :'>
blove made a better choice.
he chose the sizzling chicken on stonegrill.
yes, it was a huge slab of raw chicken and you have to cook it yourself on the stonegrill, just like pepperlunch.

because my dinner was so spicy.
we decided to have something cold for dessert!
so glad i spotted Hui Lau Shan there!
it's the dessert place that my colleagues and i will always go to when we travel to Hongkong for work!
this time, i can enjoy their desserts with blove even w/o going to Hongkong!
yay to that! ^,^
while blove was looking at the menu, i was too occupied with the santa clause behind me. lol.
ho ho ho!

and that was the end of our trip to Malaysia.
it's extra sweeeeet of the boyfriend coz he actually remembered that i always always wanted to have an overseas trip with just him!
but because of restrictions, we can only start off near, and that's Malaysia.
oh well, i still treasure that chance!
cabbed back home aft touching down at checkpoint.
hehe, looking forward to more overseas trip tgt! ♡♡
