BKK with the folks - Day 4

time flies, esp when you're enjoying yourself.

before we know it, it's alr our last day here.

having our last breakfast in the hotel before we check out in the aftnoon.

and I told my parents next time I wanna have spiral staircase in my house.
hahaha!

checking out!

gonna checkout and deposit our luggage before we go out and explore alittle!

went for our Sabx2 Pratunam Wanton Mee.

it's opp one end of Platinum Mall.
you'll have to walk quite abit.

that's my parents q-ing up!
be there early coz they're only open from 9am-3pm!

because their business is really good, so be prepared to share tables with strangers.

the interior.
relatively cramp.

and here comes the must-try Sabx2 Pratunam Wanton Mee!
served in a very big bowl, but quite little in quantity.
one person can probably eat 2 bowls on his/her own.

enjoying our Sabx2 Pratunam Wanton Mee~

thereafter, we still had some time, so we went shopping at Pratunam Market.
mostly wholesale, so it's better if you have a shopping partner with you, so you can get at least 3 pieces for wholesale price!

not forgetting mummy's fav pomegranate juice (which has now increased in pricing to about 40-50 baht per bottle).

but since it's alr our last day here, we still bought it no matter!

crossed over to the opp mall.
no idea what mall is it, but we were looking for toilet, so we just walked into one. hahaha.

oh yes, and that's one thing I think we lose to them hands down.
their public toilet is relatively CLEAN!

chanced upon A&W at the mall, but we were too full for more food, so we decided to give it a skip.

bought some last min souvenirs home.

went back to the hotel and waited for our taxi to pick us up at the appointed time.

drove us to the airport.

this time, we're flying off from Suvarnabhumi Airport via Jetstar.

we were too early to check in, so we decided to get dinner first.

last chance for authentic Thai cuisine!

and our must-have for dessert - Mango Sticky Rice.
isn't the plating cute? (:

filled our tummies, and now, we're ready to board!

and this marks the end of our short getaway!
hope they enjoyed BKK as much as I did! :'>

back to SG in awhile!
